AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

1). To provide sate drinking water and sanitation of rural & urban areas.

2). To conduct water conservation and sanitary programs.

3). To conduct Youth Empowerment & Rural development programs and all training programmes.

4). To start homes for old age people, handicapped, mentally handicapped, Deaf & dumb, blind and widows.

5).To conduct environmental, greenery programs and programmes against Plastic

6). To establish pre-primary schools, Balanandams, crèche centers, mentally retorted schools, and school for physically handicapped children. Vocational educational programmes.

7). To establish libraries and reading rooms, community halls and sports & games enters.

8). To promote good citizenship, particularity among youth and children.

9). To start and organize non-formal education centers, adult education centers, literacy programs etc.,

10). To conduct Agriculture development, formers awareness programs. Organic forming, Establishment of Gosala's and consumers and formers awareness programmes. ..

11). To conduct women and child welfare programs.

12). To Support people in natural calamities.

13). To impart technical education, awareness in rural people and awareness in implementing various schemes concerned to State and Central Governments. Financial awareness programmes in self help groups.

14). To start devotional programmes.

15). To do all such other lawful things that are necessary and conductive to promote, further


and attainment of the above objects of the Trust either individually by itself or in association and partnership with other Voluntary Agencies having similar objects. The objects incidental or ancillary for the attainment of the above objects are :


1). To promote science and spirituality among learned scholars by conducting seminars, workshops, conferences and meetings.

2).To publish magazines, journals, periodicals, pamphlets, books, booklets etc., for distribution to bring about social moral and cultural awareness.

3). To conduct research and to establish research institute and training for the promotion of the objectives of the Trust. Begin with ideas.

4). To conduct cultural, fine arts, sports, educational and vocational competitions, seminars exhibitions and workshops for the talents in their respective fields.

5). To submit views or make representation before authorities, committees, commission or other bodies including the general public on any subject affecting the interests of the people and to promote or assist the promotion of any legislation or regulation which may appear to be in the interest of the Trust in accordance with and the furtherance of its objects.

6). To Purchase, take on lease and license, or by way of mortgage or in exchange or otherwise, acquire or hold any movable or immovable property rights, privileges, and to improve and develop any or all of them as may be deemed necessary or convenient for any of the objectives of the Trust.

7). To invest the funds of the Trust in such manner as may from time to time be determined by the Managing Trustee subject to the modes specified under the provisions of Section 13(1) (d) read with Section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961., 35(I & II).

8). To negotiate and enter into any arrangements with other persons, bodies, government, municipal or local authorities that may seem necessary incidental, ancillary, convenient or conductive all or any of the objective of the Trust.

9). To enter into such contracts or agreements as the Trust may think fit for the purpose of the Trust and for such or any of these purpose, to retain or to employ from time to time skilled professional, technical, commercial or other advisers, whether members of the trust or noi, and to pay for their services such fees or remuneration or such proportion thereof as the trust its discretion considers expedienta

10). To appoint any person or persons whether Members of the Trust or not, that may be required for the purpose of carrying out the objectives and functions of the Trust and to render to them such fee, traveling allowances, accommodations, expenses, sitting fee or such proportion thereof as the Trust in its discretion considers expedient.

11). To borrow any monies required for the purposes of the Trust upon such terms and upon such securities as may be determined by the Trust.

12). To accept, hold or administer any gifts, grants, donations, contributions, in kind or money, whether upon Trust or otherwise, and to undertake or execute any Trust or obligation which may be deemed conducive to any of the objectives of the trust, and in this connection to issue appeals and applications for money and funds

13). To contribute, donate, give, aid pecuniary or otherwise to any person, association, body and / or movement, in keeping with the objects of the Trust.

14). To assign, mortgage, lease, exchange or otherwise transfer or dispose off, turn into or otherwise deal with all or any properties movable or immovable of the Trust as may be necessary or convenient for the working of the Trust with the permission of the Trustee or the Board of Trustees.

15). To provide Mid Day meals to students of Below Poverty Line who are not covered by government scheme

16). It is here by declared that no benefit shall be passed on either directly or indirectly to the Trustees of the Trust.

17). To do all such other acts, deeds and things, as the trust may consider incidental or conductive to the attainment of the objects of the Trust, viz for "Bright tomorrow”, towards.
